Jesus came to earth like any other human being.

It was God’s plan to send His only begotten Son to earth, clothed in flesh,so mankind could relate to God in their own environment.

Jesus could be touched and handled by humankind; He was even killed by His own kind.

John wrote:

John 1:11 (KJV)
11  He came unto his own, and his own received him not.

Jesus was the perfect example that man can live in overcoming power!

We can use every excuse to justify whatever we want to explain away, the fact remains there is a pure example in Jesus that we can live an overcoming life against every temptation that is thrown at us!

There are many that call themselves Christians, many talk the talk, but few walk the walk.

Scripture even describes this…

Matthew 7:22 (KJV)
22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

There are those that want to ride the wave of the supernatural, live in the limelight of the miraculous, but at the end of the day God will say, depart from me ye workers of iniquity I never knew you!

There are false prophets that have mesmerizing messages of God’s power and His miraculous abilities, but they have no walk or relationship, they bare no fruits of the spirit, they bear no witness to holiness.

The Word of God says beware of false prophets in sheep’s clothing, because inwardly they are ravenous wolves!

We better be careful of what speaks into our spirit!

There are people walking this earth today that sling God’s Word around in casualness with no more reason than what it profits them!

There is a day coming that God will say, I never knew them!

Because there was never any relationship with Christ! They walked in the flesh, appeasing the flesh, satisfying the lust of the flesh, but when they were bid come to the house of God to humble themselves before the Lord, submit to prayer and fasting, be ye set apart, they made excuses to continue in their lifestyle they deemed fitting!

This world is full of excuses!

Within the so-called church is a bride adorned in white without spot, wrinkle or blemish that is pure making no excuses simply carrying out the bidding of our savior.

A bride called to the marriage supper of the Lamb that goes about her daily business walking in the spirit with the mind of Christ.

A bride not looking for loopholes of how to get around this or that, a bride not living on the edge of “is this a heaven or hell issue” the Ekklesia lives with their face turned toward heaven seeking the face of God and how they can please Him more – not seeking what it takes to sneak into heaven!
